The Golf Practice Guide’s Improvement Academy
We give away lots of amazing free content on our blog and Instagram page, which is why we now have over 20,000+ following Golf Practice Guides and supporting the GPG Community.
We also have paid content that has some of our best work to help golfers improve their skills and lower their scores.
The Golf Practice Guide’s Library full of Practice Plans and eBooks can be found over on Foy Golf Academy.
It contains a lot of fire power to help you get to all time low scores in your golf game. You’ll have powerful resources available to you that build a solid core of skills for your drives, iron play, scrambling, pitching, chipping, and putting. It will also be very challenging and test your ability to stay focused and committed to getting better.
How is the Academy set up?
We’ve analyzed the golf skills and statistics of various handicappers and came up with 3 different programs to help those struggling to break 70, 80, and 90. It makes sense to create 3 separate programs because each handicap range has different needs and struggles common to their respective group.
All the resources are provided to you when you join and are accessible via the Academy Section of the menu bar. The part I think you’ll love most is that you’ll be able to download worksheets to take to the golf course and fill out to track your “on course” progress as well as the completion of practices.
By tracking your results and progress you’ll be more aware of your tendencies, strengths, weakness, and most important of all you’ll build confidence because you’ll see real numbers backing up your hard work!
We’ve dedicated a whole page to explaining all the amazing features of our Academy so I hate to cut the explanation short but you can visit this link below for more information:
You can access each individual plan by clicking one of the three practice plans below:
- 12 Week Practice Plan to Breaking 90
- 12 Week Practice Plan to Breaking 80

Are you curious about what works best in improving your golf game? Me too. I’ve created a section on this site for case studies where I’ll be tracking different experiments, products, training aids, and practice routines/programs over time. This will be a great resource to you as you’ll be able to see me act as a crash dummy, testing it first before you go invest hard work and lots of time into it. Below you’ll find the different case studies currently going on. This will grow over time so don’t forget to stop back by from time to time!
If you haven’t gotten enough yet from everything above, please do stop by our resources page. It’s my personal page I take pride in building and adding on to over time as it holds a lot of resources I’ve used to better my golf game over the years. There are also some resources I have not personally used yet but have researched and discovered to be the best in their class such as the Titleist ProV1x Golf Ball for example. You’ll find other equipment, training aids, and links to websites we think will be of high interest to you and your golf game.
I Appreciate You
I just wanted to finish by saying that I’m here for you, not only as a guide while you begin or continue your golf improvement journey but also as a friend.
I do my best to respond to all emails (it’s getting tougher as this blog gains in popularity, but I will always do my best to respond!).
Thank you so much for your support. And if you’ve made it this far, I’d love for you to come say hi to me on my Facebook Page. I’ll definitely respond, and I look forward to meeting you! Cheers!
